A savoir que les arômes ne seront pas les mêmes selon la variété des cacaoyers et seront également influencés par le terroir donnant des arômes caractéristiques pour une certaine origine ou plantation. Le Venezuela donnera des notes de miel ou de caramel par exemple alors que Madagascar surprendra avec une légère acidité.
